Equine Rescue

On my trip home, I passed this field, and there were a couple of horses tied up to a tree. The animals were in a very bad condition. Almost skeletal. So I was thinking what I would like to see in a magazine or poster regarding horse rescue and treatment from "humans".  I sincerely hope there is such an organization, to help this magnificent creature!
